2. Description of Service

FermaBenzi Academy provides public speaking courses, training programs, and related educational services. Our services include both in-person and virtual training sessions, educational materials, and ongoing support.

3. Registration and Account Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Fees

Course fees are clearly stated on our website and must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise arranged.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of course start date
• No refund after course has commenced

5. Course Attendance and Participation

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is required for course completion. Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to receive certification.

5.2 Conduct Standards

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during all sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, recordings, and resources, are proprietary to FermaBenzi Academy and protected by copyright law.

6.2 Usage Restrictions

Course materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

FermaBenzi Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or government regulations.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

10.1 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

10.2 Student Transfers

Students may transfer to a different course session subject to availability and approval, with possible fees applied.

11. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates do not constitute professional licensing or accreditation by external organizations.

12. Website Use and Restrictions

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful activities. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our services.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
